Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to LookerVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, applications, and VPN services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Looker VPN Inc., a corporation incorporated in Colorado, USA, with its registered office at 2 W Dry Creek Cir, Ste 100, Littleton, CO 80120-4479, USA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

LookerVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through our servers. Our service is designed with privacy as its foundation—we use anonymous account numbers instead of email/password authentication, and we maintain a strict no-logs policy.

3. Account Creation

3.1 Anonymous Accounts. To use our Services, you receive a randomly generated 16-digit account number. This number is your sole identifier—we do not require an email address, name, or any other personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account number secure. Anyone with access to your account number can access your account.

3.2 Account Security. Since we do not collect email addresses, we cannot recover your account if you lose your account number. We recommend storing your account number in a secure location. Your account number is the only way to access your account.

3.3 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Prepaid Time Model

4.1 Pricing. LookerVPN operates on a prepaid time model. You purchase VPN access time at a rate of $6 USD per month (30 days). Time can be purchased in increments of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

4.2 No Subscriptions. We do not use recurring subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal. When your prepaid time expires, you simply add more time if you wish to continue using the service.

4.3 Payment Methods. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Monero (XMR)

4.4 Time Balance. Your account displays the remaining time in your balance. When your time expires, you will no longer be able to connect to our VPN servers until you add more time.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Credit Card Payments. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for credit card payments. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. Request a refund here.

5.2 Cryptocurrency Payments. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot offer refunds for cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin or Monero). Please ensure you want to use our service before paying with cryptocurrency.

5.3 After the Refund Period. After the 14-day refund period, payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

6. Service Limitations

6.1 Device Limit. Each account may connect up to 5 devices simultaneously. You may generate WireGuard configurations for up to 5 devices per account.

6.2 Blocked Ports. For security and anti-abuse purposes, we block the following ports:

  • TCP port 25 (SMTP) - to prevent spam
  • TCP/UDP ports 137-139, 445 (NetBIOS/SMB) - for security

6.3 Service Availability. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.

6.4 No Traffic Modification. We do not modify, redirect, or inject data into your traffic. Your connection passes through our servers encrypted and unaltered.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Use our Services for any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or ours.
  • Use our Services to operate a competing VPN service or similar service where VPN constitutes a significant part.
  • Attempt to abuse, attack, or overload our infrastructure or other users' connections.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Engage in network attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts against third parties.
  • Use our Services for harassment, threats, or distribution of illegal content.
  • Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features of our Services.

8. Privacy and No-Logs Policy

We maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do not log, monitor, or store any information about your VPN activity, including websites visited, data transferred, IP addresses, or connection timestamps. Our complete privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law Enforcement

9.1 Limited Data. Because we maintain a strict no-logs policy, we have very limited data to provide in response to any legal request. We cannot identify what websites you visited, what data you transferred, or when you connected—because we do not collect or store this information.

9.2 Legal Requests. If we receive a valid legal request from law enforcement, we can only provide the data we actually have: account number, account status, time balance, and payment confirmation (without personal details for crypto payments). We cannot provide data we do not have.

9.3 No Logs Means No Logs. Our infrastructure is designed so that VPN activity logs do not exist. We cannot hand over data that we never collected.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including our website, applications, logos, and content, are owned by LookerVPN and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKERVPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You are solely responsible for your use of our Services and any consequences thereof.

13. Termination

13.1 By You. You may stop using our Services at any time. Since we use a prepaid model, simply do not add more time when your balance expires. You may also request account deletion by contacting us.

13.2 By Us. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. In cases of serious abuse, no refund will be provided.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an announcement on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may stop using our Services. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
